Hopes Rabbitry Waitlist Policy...

Even though there is a brief message regarding waitlist in our policy page. I still wanted to outline this here,

-Joining the Waitlist

​

• A deposit may be required to secure a waitlist position.

• Waitlist positions are reserved in the order deposits are received unless otherwise stated.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a specific color, gender, or rabbit.

-Selection Process

​

Once babies are old enough to evaluate, waitlist members will be contacted in order of their position.

 

Buyers will be given a reasonable amount of time to choose from available babies before the next person on the list is contacted.

 

Hopes Rabbitry reserves the right to retain any rabbit for our breeding program.

-Passing on a Litter

​

If a buyer chooses to pass on the available litter, their deposit may be rolled to the next litter one time.

 

Repeatedly passing on litters may result in removal from the waitlist without refund.

​

-Important Notes

​

• Waitlist deposits are non-refundable.

• Waitlist deposits are applied toward the purchase price of the selected rabbit.

• If a buyer decides they no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, the deposit will be forfeited.
